On 3/5/26 I brought my 2014 F150 in for a slight smell of burning oil. They diagnosed the problem being a valve cover gasket leak. They repaired the problem and charged $1,745.44. That was after the $75 off coupon I had. Said they drove it 20 miles and it was fixed. Within 30 days after the repair, I started smelling and seeing the burning oil again. I called to let them know and they told me to bring it back so they can look at it again. It wasn't terrible and I never had oil under my truck when parked. I did not take it back. Instead after a few months I took it to another independent auto care. They diagnosed the problem as a torn valve cover gasket and stated there were several bolts loose and one the was striped. They recommended I take it back to Parkway but I had this other auto care take care of it as I had lost faith in Parkway Automotive. The other auto care replaced the valve cover and vacuum seal. That cost was $785,11. Over $1,000 difference in price and more work done. It's unfortunate that they overcharged me so much and did such a poor job in the repair. I will never do business with them again and expect if they overcharged others and do poor repairs, they will lose a lot of business to other auto care businesses. Very disappointed and they should be ashamed.

I dropped off my car this morning because something came was loose and I couldn't find anything that was wrong. Parkway Automotive was nice enough to get me in and find the issue. Replaced Window Run Channel. Joe and the team couldn’t be nicer. It was a high priority for me that they finished the work on time and they over delivered finishing hours earlier. I had a scheduled service so everything was prepped in advance. Very happy with the work and happy with the service I received. Excellent! The job was a rather tedious one that involve taking the door apart in the window of Hank you YouTube). So I know what needed to happen to resolve the issue and replace the window channel.
