I had my oil changed and I thought they were going to look at the codes on my Lexus rx 350. When I picked up my car they hadn’t even checked the codes or what could be causing them. They just told me that it’s going to cost $275 just to check it out plus whatever else needed to be done to fix the problem. I had no clue that they weren’t going to do anything about it that day. That was the main reason why I took my car there. They did do a great job with checking everything else out and they were very nice people. They were very high on price for doing back brakes. Compared to 3 or 4 other shops around the area. Good place except for prices.

Simply outstanding service and knowledge. I'm someone who's new to cars and doesn't know much about them, and I've been scammed before. Ben and his team always do what's right, no matter the situation. I have a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica, and it's not an easy vehicle to work on, but I truly applaud the professionalism and honesty of the technicians here. My car has been through hell and back—from a misfire, to a starter issue, to ultimately needing a brand-new engine. At no point did Parkway try to push me toward the most expensive option. Instead, they took the time to explore warranty options and help me find the best solution. Most recently, I ran into an axle issue. I ended up having to pay for two axles because the dealership damaged the original installation, but Ben and his team still went out of their way to help by calling the dealership themselves and trying to sort everything out. I struggle with confrontation, so having someone willing to explain the situation, stand up for the customer, and make sure I wasn't paying more than I should meant a lot to me. I'm so glad I found this auto shop after moving to Cincinnati. It's refreshing to find honest, knowledgeable people who genuinely care about their customers instead of just making a sale. If you've ever been scammed by another repair shop or you're looking for an honest mechanic, PLEASE GO HERE! They know what they're doing, they stand behind their work, and they truly care about their customers. Thank you all so much for everything!

Called over to Parkway with brake issues. Ben, the owner was able to get me in and diagnose the problem very quickly the next morning. Great communication and transparency, no hidden costs or weird add ons, what you see is what you get. Highly recommend, will be back to his shop without hesitation. Thanks Ben!

As a business owner I appreciate honesty and straightforward communication. From first communication to payment this shop was incredible. I have had some unfortunate experiences with mechanic shops and these guys were stellar. Good prices, detailed inspection, and took great care of my vehicle. 10/10 recommend!
